Information Collection and Use
LoyaltyCard (“the App”) does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on its own.
All data entered by the user—such as loyalty card names, numbers, and images—is stored
locally on the user’s device or, optionally, in the user’s iCloud account.
This data is not accessible to the developer and is never transmitted to external servers
under the control of LoyaltyCard.
Third-Party Services
The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain data,
such as device identifiers or behavioral data, for the purpose of delivering personalized or contextual ads.
This data collection is governed by Google’s privacy policies:
You may see a consent request when the app first launches, depending on your region (e.g., EU under GDPR).
iCloud Storage
If enabled, LoyaltyCard may store user data (e.g., saved cards or images) in your
personal iCloud storage using Apple’s CloudKit. This data:
- Is stored securely by Apple
- Is not accessible to the app developer
- Stays private and synced across your devices
Data Security
LoyaltyCard does not transmit or process personal data directly. All user data is either kept locally or
privately in iCloud. Any analytics or advertising data collected by third parties is handled under their own
privacy policies.
Children’s Privacy
LoyaltyCard does not knowingly collect any personal data from users, including children under the age of 13.
However, AdMob may still serve general ads unless parental controls are applied at the system level.
